April 2016 (Mars Out)

Week 15 (W15)

The advantages of Friday and Saturday continue today until the Moon moves void (v/c) at 6:16 PM CDT.  Get done what you can today, and then rest this evening.

We note that this is a very Mercurial day, and if you write for a living (especially if you are, say, a journalist), you will be struggling to meet an urgent deadline (Mercury Semisquare Uranus).

April 2016 (Mars Out)

Week 14 (W14)

Days this benevolent are rare and hard to find.  Today is a good day to “take off” not because you need to hide or clean house but just because it is likely to be “fun” for most people.  We need those kinds of days every so often.

If you must work, you will tend to “get things done” and may have some insights.

A late evening glitch (Moon Quincunx Jupiter) may put a pamper on partygoing, but most people can move beyond it and find some kind of alternative fun.  A high order Sun / Neptune aspect adds a hint of poetry.  (Neptune also has two other aspects today: a sextile to Vesta (traditions) and a quadrinovile to Astraea.  It is likely a fun day as long as you do not “overdo it.”)

One warning: Chiron opposes Hygeia, and this puncuates that you MUST take care of certain health issues.  Do it.

March 2016 (Mars Out)

Week 14 (W14)

Moon remains void (v/c) in Sagittarius until it enters Capricorn at 12:45 PM CDT.

Today is very busy, and you will feel it.  Venus conjoins Chiron during the lunar void, and you will feel the need to “do something” about health (or education) needs.  You can act, but realize that you will likely need some kind of “do over” or adjustment after the Moon enters Capricorn.

Mercury squares Pluto, and some rather nasty power struggles can emerge.  If you are aware of a “situation” that is “brewing” then prepare for it.  Sun / Neptune adds a hazy feel to the day at times and the possibility of being swindled.  In the evening all of this can be channeled into creative works as long as they tend to have a practical “grounded” quality to them.

Week 13 (W13)

Moon is void (v/c) all day in the sign of Scorpio.  Use this day as down time / post-processing from the powerful events of yesterday and the week that preceded it.

Numerous higher order aspects are in play.  Mercury / Neptune tells us this could be a good day for writing photography, videography or other similar efforts.  Moon v/c tells us that a “do-over” may be needed, but the initial effort will be worthwhile.  Mercury Quadrinovile the North Node tells us you may receive an insight or learn an important skill for dealing with some kind of karma in the future.  Make notes about what you learn.  Sun is Binovile Pluto, and that confirms that insights can be had today.

Vesta Sesquiquadrate Hygeia gives us some sense of urgency about health and healthcare and “how we have always done things.”  Use those insights from the quadrinoviles to solve this problem.

The Vernal Equinox was late yesterday for most of the United States but is today on the East Coast (EDT) and in EU / UK.

Venus perfects a conjunction to Neptune today, but the day is mostly quiet.  Outer planet aspects consist of Pluto makiing high order (subtle) aspects to Pallas (ingenuity, particularly of a military kind) and Vesta (traditions).

Grandtrines

2016-03-20 Venus Conjunct Neptune (Pisces)

We will not do a “deep dive” here on this aspect since (1) others have covered it in depth and (2) it occurs on the day of the Vernal Equinox of 2016.  (Duplicating our analysis is uncessary.)  We find three patterns (1) a Grand Fire Trine (which several others have mentioned); (2) a Yod (decision) that has been ongoing; (3) a Hele that is longer term and discussed on the Vernal Equinox page (and elsewhere); and (4) a Square Key that is longer term and discussed on the Vernal Equinox page (and elsewhere).

That said, we present the perfection of Venus conjunct Neptune (Pisces) filtered for the Grand Fire Trine:

Given the spiritual / meditative quality of this aspect, and the high energy quality of a Grand Fire Trine, we recommend some form of “moving mediation” such as walking a labyrinth…

Friday, October 16th: Venus Opposes Neptune

This can be a very good day or a very bad day.  The outcome depends on what you wish to do with it.  Moon enters Sagittarius fairly early (about 5 AM CDT; 6 AM EDT; 3 AM PDT; adjust for your time zone), and we receive a reprieve from the void Scorpio Moon (which is great for FINDING things but sheer hell if you lost (misplaced) something during that period).

We hope you used Thursday for routine chores, introspection, and housecleaning because this Friday is a “party day”.  It is terrible for most major purchases (except possibly art), signing contracts, and pouring concrete.  Things done today tend to not last.  But it is GREAT for romance, especially if you are in a committed relationship.  (Otherwise, do not expect it to last if it is new.  Take photographs and notes and just “have a good time.”)  Try not to take anything too seriously today if you can avoid it.

If you are a “creative,” this is your time to write, make music, shoot photography or video, or do whatever your art may be.

Thursday, October 15th: Moon v/c + Sun Sesquiquadrate Neptune

Thursday is messy.  Be careful not to lose your temper, and be careful not to take it too seriously.  It will pass.  Work alone if you can.  Clean house.  Be introspective.  Stick to routine.  It will pass and things will get better, or at least different.

Could be a great day for creatives.  But you may have to tune or adjust your work on another day, Friday or later.  If the gift comes to you, harness your creation to the degree you can rather than let it pass by.  But do not be surprised if it needs some kind of adjustment later.

Sun Opposite Neptune 2015-08-31

The Full Moon of August 29th has perfected and the moon is now waning.  Sellers have an advantage over buyers, Virgo planets increase their influence, and Sun Opposite Neptune on August 31st clearing away what the Full Moon did not.   If you are a “creative,” then you might can develop some good work (poetry, music, photos, video, etc.), but for everyone else this day is best spent as “down time.”  For most of the week and moving forward, school is in session (both literally and metaphorically), and the time has now come to start working in a manner that is diligent and persistent.  While we do still have important moments of creativity, what wins now is doing what it takes to get the job done.

A square key on that date on August 31st will also provide parting lessons about our recent experiences as we move into September and more fully into the school year.  Pay attention.  You will need what you learn.
